You can read about our trip to Holiday Park here or about how the German park is different from US parks here.
But if you just want photos of Holiday Park, than this is the post for you.
This is a piece of track from Super Wirbel, which was the very first inverting roller coaster in Germany.
This is the Lighthouse Tower, which is located next to the lake to provide fantastic views. It’s also “the highest flying merry-go-round of Germany and the highest lighthouse of Germany south of the Nord- and Ostsee shore”, according to the parks website.
This is Sky Fly, a flying attraction that just opened this year. It swings you around in circles while you manipulate the wings to either side of your seat; you can choose a serene flight or a competition with momentum.
The park has Dancing Fountains near its entrance that provide splashes of water in different sequences throughout the day. This dog had so much fun being surprised by the shooting water. Germans gathered around and laughed like they were one big family.
This water log ride is called Wickie Splash. We weren’t brave enough to try it out in October, but we’d like to in the future because it has a unique double drop slide and it turns the riders backwards for part of the ride.
That’s all folks.
